In the process, they can even help companies enjoy greater success, which can prevent the need for cuts entirely.

Creating incentive programs is an excellent way to show workers just how valued they are. While rewards alone won’t boost morale and productivity, they can go a very long way in encouraging workers to put their best effort forward. When this happens, employees will be happier in their jobs and the whole atmosphere in a workplace can improve for the better.
